you feel like you could theoretically be attracted to men (you may even have fantasies about them), but in practice you never have any feelings for them
it seems like you have to force yourself to find guys attractive, have crushes on them, etc.
you feel grossed out by/neutral towards heterosexual romance, but not romance between women
you couldn’t imagine yourself being in a very long-term relationship with/married to a man
you feel like you could have a romantic relationship with a man but not a sexual relationship, or vice versa
your attraction to men feels less real than your attraction to women, and it feels much more forced
you’re far more certain about being attracted to women than you are about being attracted to men
so this is really helpful
the only men you find yourself attracted to are fictional or otherwise completely unattainable (they’re popstars, for example)
seeing a relationship b/w two women elicits a much stronger and more real emotional reaction than het relationships ever do

on the studyblr community ive seen a lot of great posts about mental health, which i think is really great!! however, most of them are about depression/anxiety, and as someone who has schizophrenia, cptsd, and some other stuff, some of that information isnt applicable to me. so this post is for my pals like me i guess!!
if u have a depended/fp/safe person, use them as an incentive to study!! working hard at school is smth else they can compliment u on, and u can spend time w them by forming a study group!!
if u need to interact but cant: get a friend to email / text the person for u on ur email account / phone
if u r hallucinating and u dont know what day it is and ur about to relapse, put ur textbooks away. u wont b able to learn anything anyway so u might as well relax.
