it’s okay to order off the kids menu! it’s okay to ask for things removed from ur meal! u deserve as much comfort as u can get out of a meal!
ur needs are important and there’s nothing wrong with being a picky or fussy eater because we have valid reasons for it! i love u!
If you get nervous to talk when you order these things or are nonverbal, it’s okay to write things down and hand it to servers/cashiers, as well!
I do this at the Dunkin Donuts near me and they told me it helps because it ensures they won’t make a mistake entering it, so it’s no nuisance to them.
