“As a reflection of our company’s vision and values, Wells Fargo has a long history of support against discrimination of any kind and for LGBT rights overall. This is fundamental to who we are as a company and what we stand for in terms of equality and basic human rights.

[Wells Fargo] opposes laws that would allow people or businesses to discriminate against lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community members or individuals.” (x)

Gina Duncan is a great Trans advocate with Equality Florida and she transitioned while on the job at Wells Fargo and they trained all of her staff while she was on leave for her surgeries

i’ve seen her speak in person twice, she’s super sweet, and she talks about how like when she told WF that she was going to transition she got a call from corporate that was like
Gina we wanted to tell u ur the 17th person to transition on the job, so you are in good hands
and she jokes like, welp, so much for being a trailblazer, i was working for too progressive of a company
