Letter from cartoonist Alfred Joseph Frueh to his wife Giuliette Fanciulli, sent on Jan. 10th, 1913. The letter opens up to form a model of a gallery hung with paintings. Frueh made this model to inform his wife about the details of a specific art gallery before her visit.
sometimes i remember that george lucas is the biggest fucking homophobe and that advocating for gay luke is really important because lucas has said over and over that gay people “don’t exist” in the sw comics and apparently threatened to sue gay fans who were publishing their writing in zines, and hyper-masculinized luke in the comics because he thought it would make mlm relate to him less and created a character and romantic arc out of pure hatred for men who love men and that mlm have seen themselves in luke for decades and deserve that representation full fucking stop.
Mark Hamill is the opposite of this, a gay teen asked if Luke is gay and he responded by saying, “of course he’s gay.” He literally did this to say if you as a gay man relate to Luke and feel a connection to him and think he’s gay, then Luke is gay.
Three medical students at the University of Pennsylvania are getting ready launch their LGBTQ-focused health care app, SpectrumScores, by the end of August.
The app will connect lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer patients with doctors who have been recognized as LGBTQ-friendly by advocacy organizations, academic medical centers and, eventually, the app users themselves.

i just saw a post saying ppl wont be able to talk to their internet friends if net neutrality is repealed and ppl rly need to stop making misinformational posts
bad things that will happen if net neutrality is repealed
companies will be able to censor information and effectively shut down websites of social movements they disagree with, such as BLM or planned parenthood
small website owners (such as independent artists who have their own websites for hosting webcomics) will have to pay more to keep those websites hosted
many controversial and small websites such as i just listed will lose their platforms
internet monopolies will increase in number and become harder to challenge, such as how youtube has a monopoly on video sharing.
things that will NOT happen
consumers who don’t own websites having to pay more to access the internet / parts of the internet
the internet ending
most of the things in the posts going around tumblr
