This Kenyan company is turning human waste into fuel. Nakuru Water and Sanitation Services Company developed the system. They dry waste for three weeks, mix it with sawdust and molasses, then heat it to 1300 degrees. The result: odorless, coal-like briquettes that can be used for cooking and more.
