We, the admins, decided that even though this post isn’t related to anything in this blog, it’s important enough to make a little space in it.
In case you didn’t know, Peru has been recently hit by a natural disaster called “El Niño costero” and this time the situation in our country is far worse than in other years. During the last weeks, extreme rainfalls have caused floods in several parts of the country, affecting more than 500,000 people. In a matter of hours many people have lost everything: houses, family, food resourses, etc.
Thousands of communities, schools, roads, bridges, and land crops have been destroyed.
Even from far away, you can help us!! Any possible help will be highly appreciated and valued!
- Peruvian Red Cross has enabled online donations worldwide in order to help thousands of peruvian communities who have lost everything due to the rains and flooding in the country. You can donate here !!

- Piura en Acción is a non profit association created in 1983 to help victims of El Niño and rebuild the region, and it’s also raising money to help here!
