Happy Election Day. Here’s a comprehensive list of all the reasons we cannot allow Donald Trump to become the next President.

teganfeatsara:

It has truly been a wild ride. Now, at the cusp of the end of this tumultuous election cycle, we are faced with a choice; will our next President be Hillary Clinton, or Donald Trump? Interestingly, I’ve been repeatedly posed with the assertion that “both candidates are equally terrible.” I have taken issue with this, as somebody who already harbors a litany of concerns with the questionable ethics, inconsistent history on core issues, and both the political and personal opportunism of Clinton; I am still overwhelmingly inclined to disagree. To support my claim that Donald Trump would result in a disastrous Presidency on all fronts, I have compiled a comprehensive, sourced list of what I believe is a multitude of public statements, policy (or lack there of), private matters come to light, historical parallels, personal shortcomings, immoral, impractical, unconstitutional, and frankly absurd remarks across the board that reflect the sort of unintelligent, ill-prepared, immoral, and overwhelmingly incompatible with our democratic system qualities that Donald Trump has encouraged. I believe I have gathered a far reaching and wide variety of situations and circumstances, however, there is such a multitude of negative information to be found in regards to Trump, and I am sure there is still plenty I’ve missed. If that’s the case, please feel free to add and present sourced data.

Because the list is extensive, I will throw it under a Read More break. If you are ambitious enough, curious enough, or simply want to reaffirm things you already believe about Trump, feel free to read all you can under the break. And most importantly, please vote. Please, do not let a pseudo-fascist, anti-democratic buffoon take the reigns of our country. Please vote against Trump.

*Disclaimer* In the primaries, I voted for Bernie Sanders. I am no apologist for Clinton, as I’ve previously stated. Any issue you take with Clinton and want to say to me, I can guarantee I have researched, read up, and may even agree with you on. However, I will gladly support her with my vote, if it means preserving democracy, the republic, our constitutional rights, and stopping Donald Trump. Democracy isn’t built upon winning 100% of the time; sometimes, you must accept losses in order to make gains. That is true democracy, to collectively move forward, and make choices that may not always be immediately beneficial, but will be best for everybody in the long run.

**Disclaimer 2** I’ve made an effort to be fair, investigate multiple sources, cross check references, data, studies, etc. I believe I have been thorough and consistent. Every claim that has directly available facts and data are properly sourced with links. Anything that is not sourced are my own conclusions, opinions, and observations drawn from my understanding of all available research.
