on the studyblr community ive seen a lot of great posts about mental health, which i think is really great!! however, most of them are about depression/anxiety, and as someone who has schizophrenia, cptsd, and some other stuff, some of that information isnt applicable to me. so this post is for my pals like me i guess!!
if u have a depended/fp/safe person, use them as an incentive to study!! working hard at school is smth else they can compliment u on, and u can spend time w them by forming a study group!!
if u need to interact but cant: get a friend to email / text the person for u on ur email account / phone
if u r hallucinating and u dont know what day it is and ur about to relapse, put ur textbooks away. u wont b able to learn anything anyway so u might as well relax.

its okay for ur goals in life to be “to survive” or “eat breakfast” instead of something like “going to college”. college can wait, u hav ur whole life to do it. breakfast cant wait.
i write my name + important things i need to do + the date on my wrist every morning! tht way i cant hurt msyelf and if i get hallucinations or w/e i still kno the important stuff
