self care takes a lot of time and effort. i know it can be exhausting but it is so very worth it. your body and mind need you at your best and to do this you really do need to take our extra time for you!

try to do at least one of these today:
– drink an extra glass of water
– remember to take your meds
– eat some fruits or veggies
– pet a cute animal you see
– tidy up a part of your room
– take 30 minutes to study/do homework
– stretch
– declutter your email
– brush your hair + teeth
– take a hot bath or shower
– make a yummy dinner at home
– wash your face
– reply to a friend you may have been putting off
– write down what you need to do for the week
– say a few nice things about yourself
– go to bed early

you deserve to be loved and cared for, please remember that πŸ’ž
