I have a more important question.
Would she get a new picture taken each time she regenerated? I mean, she’d probably be worried about the legality of the license once her picture doesn’t match anymore. Not to mention the annoyance of having to explain to an officer how regeneration works every time she got pulled over, or otherwise carded.
